Test of Time Plumbing Heating Air & Electrical in Worcester, MA is seeking a highly organized Warehouse Administrator to support HVAC, plumbing, and electrical operations. This role emphasizes keeping inventory, purchasing, and administrative tasks on track in a fast-paced environment.

Pay is $20–$25/hour with a comprehensive benefits package and a 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. schedule. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of admin experience and HVAC/plumbing familiarity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of administrative or office experience.
• Prior HVAC and/or plumbing experience required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced computer proficiency and data entry skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage daily purchase orders and requisitions.
• Process material requisitions from field personnel and assist with inventory ordering.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and organize shipments.
• Manage fleet maintenance schedules and asset records.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for warehouse calls and admin tasks.
• Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and ongoing warehouse operations.
