Job summary

FINRA is seeking a Vice President of Trading and Product Risk Intelligence to lead a team focused on identifying, analyzing, and predicting regulatory trends impacting member firms and markets. The role bridges technical expertise with strategic dissemination and maintains strong ties with FINRA, SEC, and other regulators.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in intelligence, deep regulatory knowledge, and a proven ability to guide risk initiatives in a complex financial environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; law degree or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum ten years' experience in intelligence collection, analysis, dissemination, and planning.
Deep expertise in intelligence cycle strategies and regulatory contexts.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning and stakeholder engagement across FINRA and regulators.
Oversee intelligence operations to identify, analyze, and predict regulatory risks and market events.
Develop and deliver strategic intelligence products for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Directly supervise and mentor talent; manage budgets, resources, and priorities.
