FINRA is seeking a Vice President of Trading and Product Risk Intelligence to guide a team of experts in identifying and predicting regulatory trends impacting member firms and the markets.

The role bridges deep technical intelligence with strategic dissemination, collaborating with regulatory operations analytics and external partners. A strong background in leadership, regulatory frameworks, and complex financial products is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university; law degree or advanced business degree preferred.
• Minimum ten years' experience in intelligence collection, analysis, dissemination, and planning.
• Deep expertise in intelligence cycle strategies and methodologies for regulatory activities.
• Extensive knowledge of U.S. broker-dealer regulation and financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead intelligence team operations to identify, analyze, and predict emerging risks and regulatory trends.
• Develop and deliver strategic intelligence products, assessments, briefings, and communications for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Create and maintain intelligence frameworks, collection strategies, standards, and dissemination protocols.
