Storm2 is seeking a strategic Partner Growth & Payments leader to manage a portfolio of software partners, launching their payments programmes and driving revenue within twelve months.

You will serve as the senior payments lead across the portfolio, designing onboarding processes, surfacing growth opportunities, and coaching a team of partner operations managers while owning volume forecasts and cross-functional collaboration with product and risk teams.

• Act as the senior payments lead across your portfolio, running monthly programme reviews and surfacing new opportunities
• Design each new partner's payments programme through a structured onboarding series
• Identify, unblock and deliver volume growth initiatives, maintaining a live pipeline of material opportunities inside partners' existing customer bases
• Recruit, coach and grow a team of partner operations managers supporting your portfolio
• Own your volume forecast and advocate internally for your partners with product, risk and leadership
