Job summary

Prologis is seeking a VP, Operations - OnPrem Power & Mobility in San Francisco to partner with the Global Head and scale one of the company’s most strategic business lines. You will drive execution, cross-functional alignment, and organizational effectiveness across the OnPrem Power platform to meet demand for resilient, localized energy infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years shaping and executing strategic priorities for a business line, platform, or comparable operating model.
• 10+ years leading cross-functional programs with internal and external stakeholders.
• 5+ years serving as an operational partner to senior executive leaders.
• 5+ years managing teams supporting time-sensitive, high-impact initiatives.
• Ability to build operating rhythms, governance processes, performance measures, and accountability mechanisms.
• Ability to shape executive communications and leadership engagement.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior-level trusted partner to prioritize focus areas, structure decisions, and drive follow-through.
• Define and implement critical strategic priorities for OnPrem Power & Mobility.
• Represent the unit in executive forums, customer engagements, and cross-functional groups.
• Lead execution of top priorities with internal partners, removing friction and delivering impact.
• Manage a team of energy professionals and shape commercial structures for emerging products/services.
• Own the operating rhythm including quarterly planning, KPI measurement, and execution visibility.
• Shape organization structure, governance, and cross-functional integration across related lines.
