Carbon seeks a VP of Product Management to lead the company’s product strategy as it scales. The role oversees a roadmap across printers, materials, cleaning systems, and software, ensuring economics-driven decisions and strong customer value.

Reporting to the CEO, you will build a high-performing product organization and partner with engineering, operations, and finance to drive revenue, margins, and gross profit, while maintaining focus on strategic applications and market opportunities.

Formación

• 10+ years in product management or leadership.
• Track record bringing physical products to high-volume manufacturing.
• Ownership of revenue, margin or gross profit outcomes.
• Ability to size markets and evaluate contracts.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Own and communicate a clear roadmap across hardware, materials, and software.
• Lead the evaluation of new applications and production economics.
• Build and defend business cases with evidence for leadership.
• Set and publish a unified roadmap for printers, materials, and production software.
• Develop and mentor a team of product managers focused on cost per part and gross profit.
