Carbon seeks a Head of Production & Supply Chain Operations to lead our hardware production team and end-to-end logistics and inventory. You will drive safety, quality, and cost efficiency while ensuring accurate, compliant, and reliable global flow of materials and products.

The ideal candidate thrives in hands-on manufacturing, builds high-performing teams, and collaborates across production, supply chain, and engineering to scale operations as Carbon grows.

Competenze

• 8+ years in manufacturing or production management leading teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience with logistics, freight, and inventory functions and leading teams.
• Proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams in hands-on manufacturing.

Mansioni

• Lead team of manufacturing technicians and logistics staff with accountability for safety, quality, and cost.
• Develop and implement SOPs, training, and coaching to raise performance across production and inventory.
• Own end-to-end production planning, capacity, and resource allocation to meet delivery commitments.
• Drive Lean initiatives to reduce waste, improve throughput, and optimize inventory.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Finance on cost control and continuous improvement.
• Provide regular status reports, KPIs, and escalation updates to senior leadership.
