Qualifications

• Experience designing and leading enterprise-wide litigation strategies.
• Ability to translate complex legal risks into clear executive guidance.
• Proven track record advising senior leadership and board-level committees.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide litigation strategies aligned with risk tolerance and financial objectives.
• Provide senior-level judgment on matters with significant financial, operational, and reputational exposure.
• Translate complex legal risks into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and the board.
• Serve as strategic advisor by partnering with operations, finance, insurance, and risk leaders to shape dispute strategy.
• Oversee major construction and EPC disputes, insurance matters, and legacy liabilities; supervise investigations and sensitive matters.
• Own outside counsel strategy, manage relationships, budgets, staffing, and performance in line with business priorities.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing litigation and claims team; support succession planning.
