Leoforce is seeking an experienced SVP of Litigation and Risk Management in Franklin, TN. This executive will lead litigation, insurance, and risk programs, partnering with senior leadership to improve outcomes and forecasting.

The role requires a JD, active state bar membership, and proven in-house leadership in high-exposure disputes, regulatory investigations, and professional liability matters.

Competenze

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state.
• Significant litigation and risk management experience in a regulated industry.
• Prior in-house legal experience required.
• Experience managing complex litigation portfolios and outside counsel.
• Strong ability to communicate legal and financial information to executives.

• Lead litigation, claims, insurance, and risk management across the organization.
• Manage senior leaders overseeing claims litigation, insurance, and risk functions.
• Oversee a portfolio of complex matters including professional liability and high-exposure disputes.
• Develop litigation strategies in collaboration with the CLO and senior leadership.
• Manage outside counsel, billing guidelines, and case-management standards.
• Partner with finance to support reserving, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Identify new risks and develop proactive mitigation and prevention strategies.
• Provide clear reporting on major cases, exposure, and trends to executives.
