This executive role partners with the CEO and leadership team to drive financial strategy, budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans while ensuring fiscal stewardship across the business. The VP will mentor the finance team, strengthen internal controls, and oversee accounting, treasury, tax, and compliance to support growth initiatives and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• CPA or CMA designation required.
• 7+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial operations in accordance with GAAP and policies.
• Partner with leadership to craft budgets, forecasts & long-term plans.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, compliance, and reporting.
• Deliver timely, accurate financial statements and insights.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, cost management and pricing analysis.
• Manage credit policies, risk assessments and collections.
• Ensure strong controls and timely month-end close.
• Lead relationships with banks, auditors and accounting firms.
• Oversee audits, tax planning and covenants compliance.
• Support international finance, UK coordination, intercompany consolidation.
