Job summary

Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County is seeking a Vice President of Education to lead education programming, grants, budgetary functions, and compliance for the Education Impact Team within the Administration/Education and Childhood Development program. This exempt/full-time role drives strategic alignment with CAP’s mission and engages with partners at the state and national level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in the same or related fields and 7-10 years directly related experience in non-profit, human service, or governmental financial and program management
• Minimum five years supervisory experience
• Preferred: Master’s Degree in Education, Early Childhood, Public Policy/Administration, or related field and five years directly related experience

Responsibilities

• Stewards a vision of high-quality and equitable access to services for children and families in connection with the agency’s vision and mission
• Leads the system of communication and collaboration for the impact team
• Leads grants management, budgetary functions, and compliance for the education impact team
• Acts as liaison between state/federal partners and CAP
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Ensures excellent customer service to clients, community organizations, funders, and state agencies
• Conducts outreach and public speaking events for programs
• Collaborates with senior leadership to consult on personnel related issues and actions

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
