Job summary

Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County is seeking a Vice President of Education and Child Development to lead the Education program, ensure alignment with the agency's mission, and manage grants, budgets, and compliance within a senior leadership team. The role requires strategic oversight of education initiatives and collaboration across departments.

The position is full-time in Lancaster, PA, with a comprehensive benefits package including sign-on bonus, medical/dental/vision

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in the same or related fields and 7-10 years directly related experience in non-profit, human service, or governmental financial and program management.
• Prior experience working with families experiencing vulnerable conditions and local community services
• Minimum five years supervisory experience
• Master's Degree in Education, Early Childhood, Social Work, Public Policy/Administration, or related field, and five years directly related experience in non-profit, human service, or governmental financial and program management

Responsibilities

• Stewards a vision of high-quality and equitable access to services for children and families in connection with the agency's vision and mission.
• Leads education impact team directors to ensure alignment with the agency mission, strategy, and values
• Actively engages in continuous improvement strategies with CAP's Senior Leadership and Program Leadership
• Responds to requests from funders and community members
