Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County seeks a Manager of Early Learning & Support Services to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of early learning programs. You will drive continuous improvement, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate staffing, coaching, and HR across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education (ECE), Social Work, or related field with 18 ECE credits is required.
• Master’s degree in ECE, Social Work, or related field preferred.
• PQAS certificate advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across early learning programming.
• Drive CQI through data and collaborate with leadership, funders, and partners.
• Lead staff supervision, HR coordination, and coaching across the program.
• Support enrollment, client service, and performance reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and culturally responsive supports for diverse populations.
