You will manage a large donor portfolio, mentor a team of gift officers, and collaborate with physicians and executives to expand donor engagement and campaign readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in related fields.
• 10+ years of progressive fundraising experience.
• Proven success securing six- and seven-figure gifts.
• Experience leading major gifts and planned giving programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive major gifts and planned giving strategy.
• Lead a high-performing team and ensure portfolio management discipline.
• Manage donor portfolio and personally secure transformative gifts.
• Partner with physicians, executives, board members, and volunteers to cultivate donors.
• Oversee grateful patient philanthropy, estate gifts, and campaign readiness.
