Presbyterian Homes & Services is seeking a Director of Philanthropy to lead major gift, planned gift, and campaign fundraising across its communities. The role oversees a dispersed Gift Planning Officer team and partners with donors, professionals, and residents to advance organizational priorities.

The role requires 15+ years in fundraising leadership, a strong track record in securing major gifts, and expertise in estate and gift planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or professional designation preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 10 years in fundraising leadership.
• Proven success securing major and planned gifts, including complex gifts.

Responsabilités

• Develop, lead, and evaluate fundraising strategy for major gifts, planned gifts, and campaigns across communities.
• Serve on the Foundation leadership team, contributing to planning, budgets, and revenue forecasts.
• Personally manage a portfolio of leadership-level donors, securing at least $1M in commitments annually.
• Lead the Gift Planning Officer team to achieve annual goals of $500k in major gifts and at least four qualification visits per month.
• Establish and maintain moves management standards with a 100–120 prospect portfolio.
• Drive pipeline growth, revenue forecasting, and campaign performance with Foundation leadership.
• Provide expertise in charitable gift planning for complex gifts and non-cash assets.
