Job summary

Western Veterinary Partners is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to serve as the primary strategic marketing partner for a portfolio of 35+ veterinary hospitals, guiding growth plans and coordinating cross-functional execution with practice and Operations leaders.

You will translate performance data into actionable recommendations, develop tailored growth strategies, manage high-touch partner relationships, and drive visit growth, new client acquisition and retention across the JV portfolio.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of marketing, account management, business consulting, client success, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience (SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media).
  • Experience developing and executing marketing strategies for multi-location healthcare or veterinary organizations preferred.
  • Remote option available, some travel may be required.

  • Serve as the primary strategic marketing partner for a portfolio of 35+ veterinary hospitals.

  • Monitor and optimize ROI and key performance metrics across the portfolio.

Western Veterinary Partners (WVP) owns and operates a rapidly growing portfolio of 350+ general veterinary practices across the U.S. WVP’s decentralized business model requires a specific and customized approach to programs and services to enable individually branded hospitals to market to both new and existing clients.

The Senior Marketing Manager will serve as the primary strategic marketing partner for our Joint Venture practices, developing tailored growth strategies and providing hands-on support to drive visit growth, new client acquisition, and retention. This role partners closely with practice and Operations leaders to translate data into actionable recommendations, coordinate cross-functional execution and identify scalable growth opportunities across the overall portfolio.

  • Reverence for the veterinary profession and commitment to supporting patient and client care
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary strategic marketing partner for a portfolio of 35+ veterinary hospitals
  • Lead high-touch partner relationships with a high level of responsiveness, strategic guidance and follow-through
  • Develop tailored growth plans based on practice goals, capacity, business performance, competitive landscape and local market opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to increase visits, acquire new clients and improve retention through marketing, digital acquisition, client experience and operational levers
  • Translate performance data into clear recommendations, priorities, KPIs and measurable action plans
  • Collaborate with hospital teams, provide training and support, and monitor program effectiveness to drive desired outcomes
  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing resources, vendors and internal partners to move initiatives from strategy through implementation and measurement
  • Identify successful strategies and best practices that can be scaled across the JV portfolio and broader organization
  • Monitor and optimize performance to ensure ROI and key performance metrics are met
Education/Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, account management, business consulting, client success, or a related field
  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience (SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media)
  • Experience developing and executing marketing strategies for multi-location, healthcare, veterinary, dentistry, or other physician-centric/service-based organizations strongly preferred
  • Remote option available, some travel may be required
  • If residing within 50 miles of Denver, 2xs a week in-office required.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for bonus and incentive compensation, the terms of which will be provided at the time of offer.
