Western Veterinary Partners is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to serve as the primary strategic marketing partner for a portfolio of 35+ veterinary hospitals, guiding growth plans and coordinating cross-functional execution with practice and Operations leaders.

Western Veterinary Partners (WVP) owns and operates a rapidly growing portfolio of 350+ general veterinary practices across the U.S. WVP’s decentralized business model requires a specific and customized approach to programs and services to enable individually branded hospitals to market to both new and existing clients.
The Senior Marketing Manager will serve as the primary strategic marketing partner for our Joint Venture practices, developing tailored growth strategies and providing hands-on support to drive visit growth, new client acquisition, and retention. This role partners closely with practice and Operations leaders to translate data into actionable recommendations, coordinate cross-functional execution and identify scalable growth opportunities across the overall portfolio.

This is a good-faith estimate based on the role's requirements at the time of posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for bonus and incentive compensation, the terms of which will be provided at the time of offer.
