Ideal candidates will have experience drafting loan agreements, security and collateral documentation, and intercreditor agreements, along with closing documents and familiarity with tech, life sciences, and fintech borrowers.

Qualifications

• Draft and negotiate loan agreements.
• Prepare security and collateral documentation.
• Draft intercreditor agreements and closing documents.
• Experience with lenders in banks and private credit funds.
• Familiarity with borrowers in technology, life sciences, fintech, frontier tech, and digital assets sectors.
• Cross-border transaction experience is a plus.
