Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Vendor Relationship Manager to own the relationship and lifecycle of risk vendors, including performance, renewals, and cost optimization. You will drive quarterly business reviews, coordinate PoCs, and partner with Finance to align forecasts with procurement actions.

The role is vendor-facing, requiring strong collaboration with Risk and Sourcing teams to optimize terms, pricing, and value delivery while ensuring governance and risk controls across the vendor portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in vendor/supplier relationship management or related field, ideally in risk, fraud, payments, or financial services.
• Experience leading contract renewals and renegotiations with cross-functional partners.
• Familiarity with procurement concepts (POs, SoWs, PoCs, due diligence, monitoring, attestations).

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the vendor relationship with Risk's third-party vendors.
• Lead QBR governance and renewal negotiations; manage terms, pricing, and savings.
• Monitor vendor performance, SLAs, ROI, and conduct regular vendor reviews.
• Coordinate PoCs and track cost/use-case changes impacting budgets.
• Partner with Risk OpEx/finance to feed forward-looking signals for accruals and invoicing.
