Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Staff Risk Analyst in Atlanta to manage third-party vendor relationships and mitigate data security and compliance risks within our money movement products. You will document SOPs, design QA processes, and develop performance dashboards to monitor vendor deliverables and outcomes.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, Internal Audit, and Product teams to ensure operational excellence and robust risk controls in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience onboarding and managing vendor relationships in FinTech or financial services.
• Strong ability to document and maintain SOPs for third-party vendors.
• Ability to design and lead QA processes and audits for vendor deliverables.
• Experience building dashboards and scorecards to monitor vendor performance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with segment leaders to execute outsourcing strategy for Risk Operations.
• Lead multiple partner delivery relationships and drive improvements in performance and rigor.
• Identify and lead large-scale strategic initiatives affecting customer outcomes.
• Represent partner needs and advocate for internal process changes.
• Implement continuous training programs based on vendor performance data.
• Act as strategic partner to Legal, Compliance, Risk Governance and other stakeholders.
• Introduce external best practices and trends to inform partner strategy.
• Create supplier assessments, quarterly/annual business reviews, and relationship scorecards.
• Drive ongoing assessment of site/partner performance across lines of business and global expansion.
• Build and maintain escalation protocols and approval matrices for issue resolution.
• Collaborate to ensure timely and appropriate issue resolution.
