Responsibilities

• Partner with risk and platform teams to execute outsourcing strategy
• Lead multiple partner delivery relationships and improve performance
• Identify large-scale initiatives to impact customer and business outcomes
• Represent partner needs and advocate for internal process changes
• Implement continuous training programs based on vendor performance data
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk Governance, Learning to build trusted relationships with partners
• Bring external best practices to inform partner strategy and execution
• Create supplier assessments and quarterly/annual reviews and scorecards
• Monitor site/partner performance and plan for global expansion
• Maintain escalation protocols and approval matrices for issue resolution
