Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Vendor Manager to oversee procurement across our Dallas portfolio. You will manage vendor relationships, analyze pricing trends, and drive cost-saving initiatives while ensuring alignment with budgets and internal workflows.

The role requires 3–5 years in procurement or vendor management, strong negotiation and analytics, and in-office presence in Dallas. Bachelor’s in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• 3–5 years of procurement, purchasing, strategic sourcing, or vendor management experience.
• Experience negotiating pricing and managing vendor relationships.
• Experience in multifamily property management or real estate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage procurement with strong vendor management and pricing analysis.
• Support competitive bidding, vendor selection, contract renewal, and supplier performance.
• Analyze pricing, spending, and vendor performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing and terms balancing financial and service considerations.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and vendor communications.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and internal stakeholders to align with budgets.
• Utilize Excel and ERP systems to monitor data and drive decisions.
