Valiant Residential is seeking a Vendor Manager to oversee procurement across our Dallas portfolio. You will manage vendor relationships, analyze pricing trends, and drive cost-saving initiatives while ensuring alignment with budgets and internal workflows.
The role requires 3–5 years in procurement or vendor management, strong negotiation and analytics, and in-office presence in Dallas. Bachelor’s in a related field is preferred.
The Vendor Manager supports procurement operations across the company’s multifamily portfolio, focusing on vendor management, pricing analysis, purchasing efficiency, and cost control. This individual contributor role is responsible for developing and maintaining vendor relationships, negotiating pricing and terms, monitoring pricing consistency, and identifying opportunities to improve procurement processes.
They work closely with Operations, Finance, and internal stakeholders to ensure purchasing activities align with business needs, budget expectations, service standards, and internal workflows. They analyze vendor pricing, purchasing trends, and procurement data to identify discrepancies, process gaps, and cost‑saving opportunities while supporting vendor accountability and consistent procurement practices across the organization.
Note: This role is 100% in office in Dallas (75 & Walnut Hill Lane area).
