Job summary

Gap Global Technology Solutions in Coppell, Texas seeks an experienced Manager to lead the SPOps vendor program for Tier 1 technology partners. You will partner with the VMO Director and cross-functional leaders to translate complex governance, cost optimization, and performance data into clear, executable plans.

You will own end-to-end vendor lifecycle, drive dashboards, scorecards, and renewal strategies, and build relationships with Finance, Sourcing, and technology teams to ensure governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 6–9 years of vendor management or related field experience.
• Experience with multivendor portfolios and governance in a matrixed enterprise.
• Ability to prepare and deliver executive-level communications with minimal supervision.
• Strong program and project management capabilities across cross-functional workstreams.
• Proficiency with contract and vendor lifecycle concepts including renewal management and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of the vendor lifecycle management program for Tier 1 Technology partners.
• Maintain vendor classification and governance to align with vendor risk and strategic value.
• Partner with Sourcing, Legal, and Finance to ensure accountability at every stage of the lifecycle.
• Develop reporting dashboards to provide a single source of truth for the portfolio.
• Manage end-to-end execution of the Vendor Business Review program for strategic vendors.
• Develop and maintain structured scorecards with product, engineering, and operations leadership.
• Prepare leadership-ready materials andExecutive briefings distilling complexity into actionable insights.
