Job summary

Gap Global Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced Manager to join its Strategic Provider Operations (SPOps) function. The role will own and advance the day to day execution of the vendor operating program for Tier 1 Technology providers while serving as a true strategic partner to the VMO Director and Gap Global Technology Solutions leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 6–9 years of experience in vendor management, strategic sourcing, IT procurement, or a related field.
• Strong governance, vendor lifecycle, and contract management experience.
• Proven ability to deliver executive briefings and governance materials.
• Experience with multivendor portfolios in a matrixed enterprise.
• Excellent data analysis, dashboards, and reporting skills.
• Ability to build structured, leadership-ready outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Vendor Governance & Lifecycle Management for Gap’s Tier 1 Technology partners.
• Manage Vendor Performance through VBR programs and scorecards; escalate issues with evidence-based approach.
• Support cost optimization and portfolio intelligence across third-party technology spend.
• Partner with Finance, Sourcing, Enterprise Architecture, and Technology teams to drive cross-functional decisions.
• Develop leadership-ready communications and governance materials; maintain operating procedures and playbooks.
