Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Program Manager for the Quality Technology Services group to oversee vendor and contract management across an enterprise technology program portfolio.

You will manage pre-engagement sourcing, contract structuring, renewal tracking, and SI delivery coordination with GCP, Legal, and Finance. Strong negotiation, governance, and multi-vendor coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the QTS vendor contract portfolio: consolidated view of all contracts, terms, renewal dates, and spend commitments.
• Track contract renewals and trigger renegotiation workflows before expiration.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate contracts across vendors and programs to reduce cost and risk.
• Partner with Global Corporate Procurement on sourcing strategy, bids, and rate negotiations.
• Work with Legal on contract structuring, MSA/SOW reviews, risk terms, and data handling clauses.
• Maintain vendor qualification records and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide a consolidated vendor portfolio view: contracts, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies.
• Drive improvements in vendor management: templates, playbooks, onboarding, trackers.
• Build dashboards and reports for vendor spend, contract health, and milestones.
• Assist Finance with accruals, forecasting and budget planning tied to vendor commitments.
