Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives within the Global Procurement Organization, optimizing procurement operations and scaling processes.

The role requires deep supply chain expertise, strong analytical skills with Excel/SQL, and the ability to influence stakeholders across country, regional, and cross-regional levels to advance GPO's mission.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives independently with minimal guidance, across GPO operations at country, regional, and cross-regional levels.
• Collaborate with Operations, Transportation, Procurement, Finance, Risk, Technology, and Engineering to deliver business transformations.
• Create mechanisms and metrics to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze complex data using advanced Excel, SQL, and database tools to identify trends and opportunities.
• Influence organizational goals by working with multiple stakeholder teams and leaders.
• Lead process improvements by proposing network-wide solutions for operational excellence.
• Provide strategic direction and serve as escalation point for complex challenges.
