Job summary

Amazon Robotics seeks a motivated Program Manager to join the Quality Technology Services organization, focusing on vendor and contract management for enterprise technology programs. This role owns the full vendor and contract lifecycle from pre-engagement activities through active SI delivery management and post-engagement close-out.

The PM will manage relationships with system integrators, consulting firms, and technology service providers across ERP, PLM, SC planning, Integration, IT and Data

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookup) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Responsibilities

• Own the QTS vendor contract portfolio: consolidate active contracts, terms, renewal dates, spend commitments, and expiration timelines.
• Proactively track contract renewals and trigger renegotiation workflows before expiration.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate contracts across vendors and programs to reduce cost and simplify governance.
• Partner with Global Corporate Procurement on sourcing strategy, bids, and rate card negotiations.
• Collaborate with Legal on contract structuring, MSA/SOW reviews, risk terms, IP provisions, data handling clauses, and amendments.
• Maintain vendor qualification records and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Maintain a consolidated vendor portfolio view: contracts, timelines, resource allocations, risk registers, and dependency maps.
• Drive continuous improvement in vendor management processes with templates, playbooks, and renewal trackers.
• Build dashboards and reporting for vendor spend, contract health, renewal pipeline, and performance metrics.
• Assist Finance with accruals, forecasting, and budget planning tied to vendor commitments.
