Job summary

Amazon's Fulfillment Technologies and Robotics division seeks a Sr. Strategic Sourcing & Contract Manufacturing Manager to own relationships with FTR suppliers worldwide, overseeing contract manufacturing, assembly, and integration services across multiple product lines.

You will lead supplier negotiations, performance reviews, and cross-functional programs with Product Development, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to scale deployments and optimize cost, quality, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in Cameras and Sensors
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, supplier management, and strategic sourcing
• 5+ years working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams, and in project management
• Expertise in RFQs, supplier selection, risk mitigation, and contract negotiation
• Skilled in global supplier cost, risk, and lead time reduction strategies
• Data-driven approach to program execution and continuous improvement
• Experienced in process standardization and developing business strategies across teams
• Strong leadership in NPI programs and supplier management

Responsibilities

• Lead the sourcing, selection, contract negotiation and management of one or more suppliers in alignment with the overarching supply chain strategy.
• Lead the commercial and contractual aspects of the relationship and drive multifunctional teams relative to suppliers’ involvement.
• Lead the supplier performance management and cross-functional recurrent business reviews.
• Actively engage with Product Development teams, Engineering, Internal Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, Finance, Tech Deployment, Worldwide Operations and other Supply Chain Team like Procurement, Sourcing, and Logistics in different product lines to achieve the programmatic objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, and program teams in different stages of product development heavy emphasis on new product introduction (NPI) to scale global deployment.
