Responsabilités

• Manage on-time delivery of vehicles across the CarMax network to meet store and customer expectations.
• Oversee aged units in transit and implement strategies to maintain service levels.
• Develop and execute regional planning strategies for optimal logistics performance.
• Review and approve daily shipment plans, ensuring alignment with standardized processes.
• Lead training and rollout of new tools and processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Track and analyze shipment performance indicators, driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with fleet and carrier partners to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize routing solutions.
