CarMax Midtown Office in Richmond, VA is seeking a Manager in Supply Chain Strategy to drive analytics and strategic direction for key areas of our vehicle lifecycle, partnering with Product, Technology and Operations to optimize acquisition, reconditioning and logistics. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and delivering KPI-focused insights.

You will work with stakeholders to define strategic initiatives, build reports and dashboards, and present recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

• Track record of excellent problem solving and strategic thinking.
• Experience conducting large scale data analysis; proficient in SQL, PowerBI, Tableau.
• Ability to apply business and technical knowledge to solve complex problems and produce results.
• Ability to communicate complex topics to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to collaborate with analysts and business partners in shaping strategy.
• Four or more years of experience in an analytical or strategic role.
• Four-year undergraduate degree with strong academic performance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product organization to define strategic direction for an area of the supply chain.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs; provide data-backed insights.
• Present recommendations to product executives to secure buy-in.
