Job summary

The Work Planner at Wright Tree Service is responsible for inspecting, organizing, and coordinating vegetation maintenance work. This role develops resource plans and timelines to meet production goals while communicating progress to stakeholders.

You will liaise with customers and property owners, plan crew workflows, verify safety and compliance, and support emergency response efforts as needed. This position requires strong project coordination and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Has at least 1 year of experience on tree trimming or clearing crews or successful performance reviews.
• Ability to read and interpret circuit maps and electrical safety standards.
• Must have valid driver’s license and pass DOT medical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Obtains permissions from property owners and coordinates access for work.
• Plans and maps out crew work considering equipment access, time, weather, and client instructions.
• Inspects vegetation and right-of-ways to determine maintenance needs.
• Communicates with customers and owners to align on project specifications.
• Reviews crew work for compliance with safety and utility standards.
• Supports special projects and emergency response as needed.
