Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience across cybersecurity leadership, risk management, governance, compliance, security operations, or IT advisory roles.
• Ability to operate as a fractional executive advisor, influence senior leaders, brief boards, and guide cybersecurity decisions in business terms.
• Strong working knowledge of HIPAA, NIST CSF, SOC 2, and PCI DSS.

• Provide leadership and strategy for client security programs, including roadmaps and governance cadence.
• Drive compliance and audit readiness for HIPAA, SOC 2, NIST CSF, PCI DSS, and other requirements.
• Oversee security operations, incident response planning, tabletop exercises, and remediation tracking.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to translate governance into actionable operational plans.
• Represent Meriplex and clients in executive meetings and strategic sessions.
