Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in IT consulting or MSP leadership.
• Experience advising C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong IT infrastructure and cloud knowledge.
• Familiarity with MSP tools and platforms.
• Relevant certifications preferred (MCSA, VCP, CCNA).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic IT roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate client IT environments for optimization opportunities.
• Provide technical leadership on modernization, migrations, and lifecycle management.
• Lead executive reviews with infrastructure assessments, risk analysis, and budget recommendations.
• Oversee IT budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure planning.
• Strengthen security postures with industry frameworks and governance.
