Job summary

Charter Communications, operating under the Spectrum brand, is seeking an M/L VAR Channel Manager to recruit and grow Value-Added Reseller partnerships and drive revenue. You will craft strategic sales plans, train partners, and provide sales support to close complex deals across Fiber, COAX, and managed services.

Successful candidates will have 5–8+ years in sales and indirect channel marketing, plus a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing or business-related field or equivalent experience.
5-8+ years of sales experience.
5-8+ years of indirect sales channel marketing experience.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

Identify, recruit, and develop qualified Value-Added Reseller partners to expand Spectrum's reach and generate new revenue.
Prepare and execute strategic sales plans and campaigns targeting Fiber and Complex COAX sales with Value-Added Resellers.
Organize and conduct training programs for Value-Added Resellers to ensure expertise in Spectrum business class products and services.
Develop and implement communication strategies with partners to drive market awareness, promote new products, and activate sales incentives.
Provide comprehensive sales support by assisting partners in closing business, serving as a single point of contact, and engaging resources for complex deals.
Monitor sales trends and resolve challenges impacting Value-Added Reseller performance.
Participate in industry events to cultivate new business opportunities and strengthen relationships within the channel.
