Job summary

Delta Air Lines seeks a Manager, TechOps Continuous Improvement to lead deployment, governance, and sustainment of the Flight Path operating system within the Strategic Value Stream. You will coach leaders, develop the CI team, and drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

You will collaborate with the Value Stream Owner to identify opportunities, lead change initiatives, and ensure adoption of continuous improvement practices across multiple operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in operations or continuous improvement roles.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience implementing Lean and driving improvements.
• Strong communication and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of Flight Path in the Value Stream.
• Coach leaders and frontline teams in Lean practices.
• Develop CI team and manage performance.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and strategic planning.
• Analyze performance data and implement countermeasures.
