Job summary

Delta Air Lines seeks an experienced Continuous Improvement Trainer to develop Lean capability across TechOps and deploy the Flight Path operating system. You will deliver instructor-led and virtual training, facilitate workshops, and coach leaders and employees on Lean methodologies and daily management.

You will collaborate with CI teams to accelerate the development of facilitators and practitioners, while upholding safety and operational excellence across Delta’s TechOps functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in operations, continuous improvement, or training-related roles.
• Experience delivering instructor-led training and facilitating workshops.
• Experience with Lean, Operational Excellence, or transformation programs.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and practically.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Flight Path training programs and learning experiences.
• Facilitate Structured Problem Solving and Kaizen events.
• Coach leaders and employees on Lean methodologies and daily management.
• Develop and improve training materials and curricula.
• Assess learner proficiency and provide actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with CI Managers and leaders to close capability gaps.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive improvements.
