Job summary

Delta Air Lines, Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Coach to drive Lean transformation within the TechOps Value Stream, deploying Flight Path and leading Kaizen activities to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.

You will coach leaders and frontline teams at the Gemba, facilitate value stream assessments and problem-solving sessions, and embed Lean principles into daily operations through standard work and daily management.

Qualifications

• Lead Kaizen preparation, execution, and sustainment activities to improve value stream performance.
• Coach leaders and teams on Daily Management, Standard Work, and Structured Problem Solving.
• Facilitate value stream reviews, improvement activities, and performance discussions to drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead Kaizen events to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Coach leaders and frontline teams on daily management and standard work to raise capability.
• Facilitate value stream assessments, problem-solving sessions, and improvement events to boost operational effectiveness.
• Analyze performance data from Gemba to identify root causes and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop sustainment plans to embed improvements into daily operations.
