Job summary

LVHN is seeking a Value Analysis professional to drive implementation and review of new product requests across VACs, facilitating meetings and presenting results to network councils. This role partners with physicians, clinical teams, supply chain and leadership to standardize products and vendors and optimize outcomes using value analysis principles.

The position emphasizes liaison activities, education and evidence-based decision support to ensure safe, cost-effective product selections

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration or healthcare.
• 5 years of experience in a clinical setting or supply chain services with product knowledge.
• Moderate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Project.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates service line VACs and coordinating activities including standardization/utilization projects and network-wide product/technology assessment.
• Serves as a facilitator and clinical resource for the new product introduction process, including engaging clinicians to obtain feedback before decisions.
• Utilizes value analysis guiding principles to evaluate new product requests and prepares value analysis reports and data for stakeholders.
