Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or Master's/MBA with quantitative concentration.
• MBA with quantitative concentration acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability and competitive success.
• May manage and develop 1-2 analysts; coach and mentor.
• Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies; lead modeling/analytics.
• Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts for select products; inform customer experiences via insights.
• Create risk models and test hypotheses using rigorous monitoring and analysis.
• Coordinate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance to drive quality, volume, service, and profitability.
• Communicate decisions clearly with stakeholders.
