Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership to drive growth and profitability for Capital One amid shifting consumer and regulatory demands.
• May manage and develop 1-2 analysts; coaching and mentoring associates to retain talent.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies for lending products; lead product-level modeling/analytics.
• Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and inform customer experiences with insights.
• Drive credit risk improvements by building models and testing hypotheses.
