• Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success.
• Mentor and develop 1-2 analysts; coach and retain talent.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies; lead product level modeling/analytics.
• Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and inform customer experiences with insights.
• Drive improvements in credit performance by building models and testing hypotheses.
• Manage delivery of business initiatives and oversee multiple projects.
