Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to lead and grow key vaccine accounts across Missouri, Columbia, Springfield, and surrounding markets from a remote US base. You’ll develop strategic account plans, align cross-functional teams, and drive revenue with health systems and large networks.

Travel up to 75% as needed, partnering with executives to shape contracting and access strategies while building long-term value for Sanofi and customers in a dynamic vaccine landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of field sales or account management experience.
• Broad understanding of health system business and decision-makers.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
