Job summary

Terrestris Global Solutions in Martinsburg, WV is seeking a Senior Transition Planner to support the VA IOTA program for a new 187,000 sq ft warehouse and office facility. The role leads planning and execution of staff moves to ensure Day One operations.

You will develop transition concepts with VA stakeholders, manage move schedules, coordinate the relocation of about 65 employees and 250 linear feet of files, and prepare staff move guides. Start date December 2026; 2.5-year contract.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of transition planning and relocation experience.
• Ability to work with VA stakeholders and manage move schedules.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.
• Pass VA background check and access requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop operational concepts and transition plans with VA stakeholders.
• Manage move schedules, sequencing, and readiness activities.
• Coordinate staff relocations of ~65 employees and 250 linear feet of files.
• Prepare staff move guides and Day-in-the-Life readiness materials.
• Support move execution, resolve issues, and coordinate closeout.
