Job summary

Gesa Credit Union is seeking a UX/UI Designer to translate brand into a digital experience across online banking, public website, apps, and emails. You will craft IA, interaction strategy, and visual design, keeping a live Figma prototype for teams to build from. Work closely with Brand, Digital Transformation, Web, Marketing Cloud, and Compliance.

You will lead design QA/QC, build design systems, and ensure accessibility and privacy compliance while presenting decisions to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in UX design, interaction design, visual communications, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 4+ years shipping digital products or marketing sites in UX/UI.
• Portfolio with case studies, including clickable prototype and multi-step journey.

Responsibilities

• Set information architecture and interaction strategy across priority paths.
• Design screens with visual hierarchy and typography; maintain a clickable prototype.
• Build and grow component libraries from the design system.
• Collaborate with Brand, Digital Transformation, Web, Marketing Cloud, and Compliance.
• Ensure accessibility, privacy, and regulatory requirements are met.
