Job summary

Osmose Utilities is seeking a Utility Solutions Consultant leader to grow services in their portfolio. The role focuses on identifying market opportunities, shaping service delivery, and partnering with BD and Product Management to sell value-added solutions across Engineering Services and Technology.

The successful candidate will gather requirements, architect solutions, develop proposals, and align objectives with project scope while collaborating with operations, engineering, and management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.
• 10+ years’ experience with/reg utilities or telecommunications.
• Experience defining customer requirements and proposing solutions.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% (overnight).

Responsibilities

• Develop go-to-market strategies and engagement packages to enable BD to identify and qualify opportunities.
• Lead sales calls and presentations for Engineering Services and Technology portfolio; provide consulting to customers.
• Ensure deals align with portfolio objectives; streamline qualification, pricing and transition to execution.
• Provide pricing recommendations after gathering production and scheduling information from Operations.
• Produce annual sales forecast to ensure market coverage and update regularly.
• Identify value-add partnerships to accelerate growth and integrate into business processes.
• Drive development of sales and marketing content (sell sheets, presentations, website).
• Represent Osmose at industry conferences and events.
• Keep skills updated and stay aware of industry happenings.
