Marvin K. Brown Auto Center is seeking a motivated Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to grow our used-vehicle inventory by actively sourcing vehicles through dealership leads, online marketplaces, and direct outreach.

The role emphasizes building relationships and securing quality vehicles at the right price. The ideal candidate will take initiative, think creatively, and regularly identify new opportunities to acquire vehicles while collaborating with the Used Car Manager and sales team.

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership experience preferred.
• Previous experience in vehicle acquisition, used-car sales, appraisals, or automotive purchasing is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls, sending texts and emails, and creating personalized customer videos.
• Ability to research vehicle values, evaluate condition, and recognize good purchasing opportunities.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to generate opportunities independently.
• Organized and comfortable managing multiple leads and follow-up activities.
