Syneos Health in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Urology Specialty Representative responsible for driving product adoption across targeted urology accounts. You will engage urologists, APPs and clinical staff to support patient identification, treatment selection and workflow, and you will develop and execute an integrated territory business plan to achieve sales targets.

Competenze

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of demonstrated sales success in pharmaceutical/medical/biotech industry.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Valid driver's license.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated business plan.
• Translate formulary wins and market access achievements into consistent prescribing.
• Educate customers on patient eligibility, treatment selection, and clinical rationale.
