Palo Alto University is seeking a University Registrar to lead the Office of the Registrar, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance across student records, enrollment, and degree certification.

Reporting to the Vice President of Enrollment Management, the role builds a modern, data-informed enrollment operation and oversees FERPA, SEVIS, and state authorization while collaborating with Academic Affairs, Facilities, IT, and faculty across campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Five+ years in registrar operations or enrollment management with supervisory experience.
• Experience with FERPA compliance and student records integrity.
• Experience as DSO or PDSO and SEVIS oversight.
• Knowledge of state authorization for distant/distance education.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for student records, registration, and degree certification.
• Ensure FERPA compliance and data security across all registrar functions.
• Oversee course scheduling, catalog publishing, and cross-campus coordination.
• Lead the PDSO/DSO coordination for SEVIS and international student programs.
• Partner with Academic Affairs and IT to support enrollment and reporting requirements.
