Qualificações

• Two (2) or more years of experience in event planning.
• Two (2) or more years of supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Office of Special Events & Protocol website and ensure information is up-to-date.
• Coordinate university special events for the President and Cabinet and high-level events.
• Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and related issues.
• Work with stakeholders to manage events from planning to reporting.
• Approve event requests and space reservations across campus.
• Serve as SME for event policies including minors, alcohol, security, and space use.

Formação académica

Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Logistics or related field
