Job summary

Pacific University is seeking an Admission Counselor of Undergraduate Admissions to join the office of undergraduate admissions. This role reports to the Assoc.

Dir of Admissions and will manage recruitment in assigned territories, review applications, conduct interviews, and support the planning of recruitment programs. The position requires extensive travel, evening/weekend availability, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Experience in college admissions, financial aid, or enrollment development.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and strong email and web skills.
• Ability to travel for recruitment and college fairs.

Responsibilities

• Recruit in assigned territories and develop a prospect management approach.
• Represent Pacific University at college fairs and events.
• Coordinate recruitment travel and open houses.
• Review applications and conduct interviews with prospective students and counselors.
• Perform data analysis on prospect and applicant pools.
